Even if genuine parts exist, their original blueprints often do not. We use the latest 3D scanners to digitize the actual parts with micron-level accuracy. By correcting distortions and wear caused by aging, we digitally restore the “ideal form” — exactly how it was when brand new.

Ultra-Precision Mold Design

Simply reproducing the shape is not enough. We simulate resin flow speed and temperature changes within the mold (Flow Analysis) to suit modern materials. This allows us to design optimal gate positions and slide core structures that minimize weld lines and prevent structural weaknesses.

5-Axis Machining & Finishing

To reproduce the KATANA’s unique organic curves, we use simultaneous 5-axis machining centers. Even complex undercut shapes are carved out with high precision in a single chucking. Finally, skilled craftsmen mirror-polish the mold surfaces to perfection.
